The MARSALA Wine-Route On the traces of Magna Greece

5 days 4 nights

1st day: Arrival in the area of PALERMO, accommodation in Hotel, dinner and overnight.

2nd day: After breakfast appointment with our local guide and morning guided visit of PALERMO with its numerious monuments. Lunch in a nice and typical restaurant nearby the sea. In the afternoon further on to MONREALE aned guided visit of the beautiful Cathedral, example of Norman architecture. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

3rd day: After breakfast departure to ALCAMO. Stop over for visit of a local wine-production and furhter on to SEGESTA. Guided visit of the rest of a doric temple, surrounded by wineyards from where comes the  grapes for the 'White Alcamo D.O.C.'. Lunch in a nice restaurant or Farmhouseand further on to ERICE. Visit of the historical centre and the ruins of ancient Greek. Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

4th day: Breakfast and departure to MARSALA, town of Arab origin but also considered the most Anglo-Saxon city of Sicily. Visit of the town and of the famous local wine-production. Lunch in a tipical restaurant with the typical 'Cous-Cous'. In the afternoon visit of the ruins of Punic on Mozia Island in the Lagoon of Stagnone. Back to the hotel and in the evening dinner in a nice restaurant or in hotel with typical local food. Overnight.

5th day: After breakfast departure and end of our services.

- Lunch in a typical Restaurant in Palermo,
