APULIA - Road of Castles and Cathedrals

1st day: Arrival in the area of BARI, accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.

2nd day: After breakfast departure for BITONTO and stop for guided visit of the medieval historical centre. Then further on to RUVO and visit of the beautiful cathedral Romanesque Medieval. The trip continues for Castel del Monte with the visit of the castle of Frederick II of Swabia, unique structure of its kind in Italy. Lunch in a typical restaurant on the way to Barletta. Then visit of the beautiful cathedral of Trani directly on the sea. Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

3rd day: Breakfast in hotel and departure to ALTAMURA, called also 'The Lioness of Apulia', for the impontent walls. Visit of the town and further on to Gioia del Colle. Visit of a local cheese production and tasting of the local products. Then further on to ALBEROBELLO, to admire the unique constuction called 'Trulli' typical for the area of Itria Valley. Lunch in a restaurant in LOCOROTONDO and visit of the local wine-production with wine-tasting. Dinner with a typical menù in hotel or restaurant and overnight.

4th day: After breakfast departure and end of our services.

- Local tour-guide for the excursion Bitonto, Castel del Monte, Trani and lunch in a typical restaurant or farm,
